Return & Refund Policy
Items may be returned within 15 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Custom or personalized products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@skirtedpines.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds will be processed after the returned item is inspected and approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees and taxes (if applicable) are non-refundable.
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you want a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at info@skirtedpines.com with photos of the issue.
We will replace or refund defective items at no additional cost to you.
